september 30 etc
This post is being written on a train between Montreal and Toronto because our little anniversary trip is over and we're on our way back home. It was a fantastic ~95 hours, though. We saw a lot of friends, walked about 60km (no seriously), blissed out at the spa, and slept in four days in a row.
We also ate and drank a lot, including at:
Turbo HaΓΌs
Otto Yakitori
Bar Leonor
Le Cafe Big Trouble
Bernie Beigne
Bistro La Franquette
La Fabrique de Bagel
Thali
L'Express
CafΓ© SAT
Escondite
Fleurs et Cadeaux
Uniburger
St-Viateur Bagel
Caffè Italia
Omnivore
Typing that all out was tiring and my edible just hit, so I'm going to cut the intro here.
Feeling unsatisfied? Reread the intro to yesterday's post because it's a good example of how poignant I can be when I'm not trying to be.

ππ I bought a trade paperback copy of Ashley Cardiff's Night Terrors: Sex, Dating, Puberty, and Other Alarming Things when it came out in 2013 but for whatever reason only got around to starting it a few days ago. It's really funny and makes me miss 2013, among other things. Anyway, you should read it. (ashleycardiff.com)
