Hey, hi, hello from beautiful Victoria, BC, where I'm sitting on the couch in the house my partner grew up in. It is 10:04pm local time and it's quiet as heck but not in a creepy way and if I were to stand up and rotate about 110Β° I would be looking directly at the Pacific Ocean.
We started our day walking around the area she grew up in looking at trees, plants, flowers, houses, and dogs and ended it by skipping stones in the Pacific as the sun quietly disappeared from view. As I write this post, I feel calm from my soul to my fingertips.
I didn't grow up near an ocean so I didn't know that I could have an opinion about an ocean. I do now, and I have one now. Unsurprisingly it is a very pro-Pacific opinion. I get it now. Being near the Pacific is... something. I think it confers some kind of energy or something.
More investigations will be done. I will crack this case.
