So, after the gym we went to the grocery store. And after the grocery store we went to the beer store. Then we came home, and, upon entering, my partner said "I can deal with dinner if you can deal with entertainment." This usually means "put a game on" or "put on some old episode of 30 Rock that we've seen 100 times each." I chose neither.
Instead, the entertainment came in the form of an episode from the Wirecutter podcast titled Why Do Stores Throw Away Perfectly Good Products? I'd explain what it was about, but it's all right there in the title.
The episode's guest, Annemarie Conte, was the Wirecutter journalist behind the article the episode was based on and in reference to: Why Do Stores Throw Away So Many Perfectly Good Products? I Went Dumpster Diving to Find Out.
