Over the last four posts, I've been writing about something that has been on my mind for a very long time. It's about people, the internet, information, and capitalism. At its heart it's about how bad people destroy good things for dumb reasons, but it's also about how bad people destroy good people and make more bad people to destroy more good things and more good people and make more bad people. You get it.

To be honest, I'm not sure where I'm going with it. It might be a book, or a book of essays, but it also might just be an essay. Maybe it's a podcast, but, like, a tightly focused one. Maybe it's a Nick Briz-style video essay, or series of essays. And yes, maybe it's a few ephemeral blog posts that don't lead anywhere significant.
I think it matters that I'm excited, though. I think it matters that I've started two small projects in the last week, and that those projects let me arrange things and create taxonomies if only to help quiet the noise in my head.
If you're putting off starting something, don't. You'll never get this moment back. The atoms that make up your body will never be configured in just this way ever again, and maybe this, right now, is you at the height of your powers. You never know. You just never know.
