Did a bit of train travel today and boy howdy was it ever swell.
I've always liked trains. When I was a kid my uncle got me one of those foldable model trains ββ a VIA train, natch ββ and I was so touched that I didn't notice he was a drunken idiot (game recognize game) until I was almost 20.
That same uncle once bailed on plans to take me somewhere fun ββ the CNE, maybe ββ and got me a stuffed robot toy filled with styrofoam pellets instead. The robot was bigger than me. I named him James. James died a horrible death around the time I became a fan of Paul "Mr. Wonderful" Orndorff, whose finishing move was the piledriver. James, wherever he is, is still the only good memory I have of him. I'm looking forward to seeing him in hell. James, not my uncle. The uncle will also be in hell but I plan on saying "no habla inglΓ©s" to him if he tries to talk to me down there. Afterlife too short, you know.
Anyway, these choons were all playing at a restaurant we ate at earlier:
π΅π΅ Lost Boyz, "Jeeps, Lex Coups, Bimax & Benz"
π΅π΅ Talib Kweli (ft. will.i.am), "Hot Thing"
π΅π΅ Mobb Deep (ft. Lil' Kim), "Quiet Storm Remix"
And, lastly, this song ββ which was playing in a bakery we were in yesterday:
π΅π΅ Gang Starr, "Code of the Streets"
Apologies for the zero write-ups. I'm burnt and need to rest.
